Here are some ideas/questions to consider. Please discuss and add your own.

Location

Would Anaksha prefer a summer or winter holiday? That would affect the venue. For summer, it could be a tropical island. For winter, it could be a ski resort. The countryside lodge (as seen in the other topic) could be suitable for either summer or winter.

(By the way, these suggestions are based Anaksha choosing something fairly high-end since she is rich. For some reason she doesn't look right hitchhiking with a backpack )

People

Who will be on the holiday? Will Anaksha go alone, or with her adopted family? Will D get an invitation?

Also, I still strongly hope for a special appearance by Creepy Guy since there is just too much comedy potential here I know he doesn't seem wealthy, but he could have won the trip on a scratch card or something.

Crime

What will the crime be? In the other topic we talked about drug deals. I have also heard about sex slavery using immigrants; maybe that could be incorporated as an underground tourist attraction?

Assassination

How might Anaksha kill the criminals without using a gun? This is probably the main attraction of such a game. The mission could be based on finding a way to poison their food, or putting a bomb in their room. Anaksha would have to search for the materials required to create a poison/bomb, and then look for ways to sneak into the right places inside the hotel etc..

A typical tourist resort would be a nice setting for this kind of thing. Lots of potential to meet different people, and of course the friendly environment would be a nice contrast to any horrendous crimes being committed. It'd also be a bad idea to pull out a gun in a place like that, so she'd have to resort to more discreet methods.

Also I think she'd probably go alone. If she needs help from D she'd just use her cellphone.

Now that you mention meeting people, maybe this time part of the mission would have to be to figure out which tourists are the criminals by talking to them. This would be a nice change from the usual when D tells Anaksha exactly who the target is.

Though maybe D could dig up some background information on the tourists to help Anaksha.

I really like the idea of not having D in the background to give additional information. Anaksha all by herself, no cellphone, no information technology (like internet/PCs), just outside in that secluded holyday resort.
The customers, mostly stressed managers and businessmen/women like it, because without cellular reception and email they are not to be reached because of "important situations" - in no case, whatsoever.

And in that isolation something draws Anakshas attention....

Reading MMX's point about isolation from outside communications made me think: how about a cruise ship holiday?

That just reminded me of Cruise For a Corpse! Or even some of the Tintin stories.
